Exports¶
Exports are energy sold or sent outside the system, such as surplus solar electricity fed back into the grid. Exports are configured together with imports in the Imports & exports step of the scenario editor.
Exports appear on the right side of the energy diagram, alongside energy demands.
Tip
The sale value of an export is entered as a positive value.
Tip
For energy carriers that can be both imported and exported, like electricity, make sure the export value is lower than the import price.
